When I got my bartending certificate from the Columbia University School of Mixology, my friend joked that it wasn't exactly an Ivy League education.

While it was true, my bartending experience certainly boosted my creativity and whipped my palate to be adventurous. Hunting for hidden gems outside of commercial spirit brands and the typical French/Italian wine regions almost became an obsession. Yet, sailing through an ocean of endless options was not easy.

I am glad that my WSET education unlocked many mysteries of wines and spirits for me, and I can't wait to walk you through this maze of wonders!
